I think we have over 20K people now at Houchens Industries - we are growing, not fast, but still growing, good pay good people, cannot complain, I am not aware about any layoffs, all is good for now. Some complain, but you'll always have people who complain. Cannot avoid that, plain and simple.

Well, if there are people that are complaining it's because they're being overworked for very little pay. They are paying the workers pennies while corporate is making billions. So yeah they have a right to complain! No good ever comes from being greedy! Good example of this, give a worker a raise and then cut their hours immediately after. That's about as sorry as a company can get.
