They just plain suck - try and get support and can't.
originally purchased in 2007 - and have kept the software for some ungodly reason.

Support costs have risen steadily, support has degraded

Support no longer accepts calls

Support Ticket system requires replies between the lines - some phones don't allow inline replies.
Generally have hated Deltek Software now for 3-4 years!
