We cut over 10K positions back in 2009, we keep reducing workforce ever since. You cannot expect us to get any better, we are slowly becoming so stiff and slow moving that I simply do not know if United Technologies can survive at all. Look at what happened over last 12 months, it's getting worse by the day.
