Thread regarding Cablevision Systems Corp. layoffs

was annihilated back this summer - CV is a takeover target, we'll get bought in the spring, whoever comes in will want to milk the cash flow, to get to the cashflow that's attractive we'd have to fire people. we'll do that very quickly after the takeover - i am anticipating this and i do not have any confidential information that makes me say what i am saying - cablevision used to be a good company with many positive elements but lately it's a horrible environment, the morale is so low and people want to get out
