Thread regarding Thompson Thrift layoffs

good company to work for, TT will not pay you well but you will like working here - also, while work is good, opportunities for growth might be limited, but if you are hard working and smart, thompson will recognize that and an opportunity will open up. you need to be very flexible and you need to be able to figure things on your own. do not whine much and just do what you are expected to do without complaining. i am not aware of any RIF or layoffs
