Thread regarding Giant Eagle layoffs

Giant Eagle puts on a front. They act like they care about customers and team members, but in reality, they're just another asshole corporation that's trying to find ways to make more money go into executive pockets. I know for a fact, as I worked there, that most corporate positions in Giant Eagle could be nonexistant, and wouldn't affect the operations. Little do people know, that after an audit at the end of last year, Giant Eagle was 40 million dollars below their projected revenue, and business is slowly trickling away, due mainly to the greed of the people who run the company. Honestly, they're probably going to start downsizing. Just like our economy, Giant Eagle expanded way to fast for what their actual growth is. They'll find out soon enough.
