And Jaime himself said after acquiring WaMu and Bear Sterns that they ARE responsible for the debt and dealings. AND he put aside $28 Billion for such a settlement and now that he has to pay less than 1/2 that he is balking??? So Jaime, if I buy a car from you for $100 and you still owe $20K on it, I don't have to pay the $20K and I get to keep the car???
