Vodafone is a global monster, they are so big you will be just a number there - the pay is OK but they do not focus on the individual and it's easy to get lost in such a big organization. On the other hand if you are smart there are many opportunities to advance, you'll have to be hard working,that's what vodafone expects from everyone. I worked for Vodafone in Holland but now I am in the US working for a competitor.
