We are looking into laying off people again. There were several rounds over last few years. 2007 was pretty bad as we had a major reorg, we'll have a big reorg in 2014 or 2015 so you draw your conclusions right there. In 2007 we let 1500 people go as we were reducing number of product lines and associated products - we probably saved a billion on this move alone. I am not sure what's in store in 2014, but it sure will not include expanding payroll.
