In the recent layoffs they got rid of one of the better vice provosts and kept one of the absolute worst. Wonder who she was sleeping with. Merit clearly has no impact on who was dumped and who was not. The people who run the place clearly have minimal management skills. Add that to the fact they are top heavy and change things every time you turn around... doesn't help.
