I left RJ after having my best raise, review, and bonus. Not laid off - left by my own choice beforehand and very glad I did. The management BS was ridiculous.You can force your way to profitable quarters for a while, but when your team loses its spirit you'll be hard pressed to find success. That is, unfortunately, already underway.
