@Zimmer, the pay is very low, and the only way to get hired is to go through an agency and work for at least three months through the agency at a much lower pay rate, with no benefits. That's how they test you. Then, you'll get hired, they will low ball you and they will work you out and then they will lay you off. It's a cycle at Zimmer - you'll get some good experience but you'll make no money here.

The Adecco temp agency is a joke. You are in every way a Zimmer employee the moment you walk in, just with lower pay and no benefits. They personally came to speak with me when I got hired, and when they moved a group of temps to a new department. That's it. I did over 2 years as a temp and only got one interview. I was verbally told I didn't get a full-time position specifically because of my college degree. Don't work there unless you are REALLY desperate.
