Thread regarding DST Systems Inc. layoffs

I was always amazed how cute girls got promoted over qualified men at DST. I guess the old men managers figured it might get them some kind of favor someday....but it happened to me. I trained the gal and she was promoted over me. She still didn't know the system so she would come to me all the time for help. I would give her bad answers to her questions and it would make the situations worse, rather than fix them. She was too proud to admit she got the advice from me. And she thought it would happen again, but I did it often. She got fired for following my advice and screwing up a New England client's mutual fund royally. Musta cost DST a fortune to settle it.....ha ha!
