The culture has changed, we are playing defense now we used to be active and lead the market - the mood is somber in every way. I am planning to leave mid December (yeah—I admit it—I want that first Friday check one last time.) I really remember days when working for this company mattered, now I am just watching it sink; just another wirehouse. So sad.
