A great way for the US studio to cut costs is to get rid of the useless (UTTERLY useless) "training" "department", and its cousins (Art Dev etc).. what a waste. Equally importantly, dump a bunch of useless "developers" who, like a roach motel, check in and never check out. These depts are called "overhead" for a reason! Make cuts in them, save money. Duh.
