If you are in IT, your December bonus wish is sparkles and unicorns. The Bell(a) curve reigns and you will not be acknowledged or rewarded in any way unless you made money for the firm. Excelling at your job means nothing unless it's a Bella initiative. If clients only knew how many SEs working on TRADING were temp contractors, they would shudder. So many experts have left or plan to. BP watch out.
