Tell me how many companies utilize in-house landmen instead of huge teams of contractors to do their fieldwork at an overall cost savings to the company. Land has to be cut, everyone knows that. The question is do we get to continue on the old philosophy of huge field land teams in the place of many contractors. I am betting we go back to the contractor model. I bet the same will be true for legal losing the large teams of title attorneys.
