Thread regarding Raymond James Financial Inc. layoffs

Don't get me wrong, our business is thriving. We are getting a lot of good bounties and contracts off the ex-employees, but our curiosity on the problems is high. The people we are interviewing are good and experienced people. We were worried we could not filter the rejects out since so many were layed off. This site says a lot. Some comments seem like venting and some children, but some seem like actual complaints against management. I assume management is clueless to fix the issue since the problems are still on going. I would love to get a IT dishearten employee list.
