Management needs to demonstrate stability with the current executive team and execute the integration of the cloud business as well as the fixed mobile convergence platform. Peter Blackmore was an effective CEO for the acquisition and growth phase - now I feel that Don Joos is well qualified and focused to take ShoreTel to a higher level.
