Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

At a new job this past week, 401k match better than CHK since they have a multiplier I can get up to the 51,500 High compensation employee total, since they match 2:1. My base salary is 14,000 higher, and I only get one bonus per year which is bigger than my two smaller ones at CHK.... That sham they held over my/our head for year of two bonuses per year vs one, they just chop it in half at CHK. I got a sign on bonus with my new company , and I am helping them actively recruit CHK talent at all levels in my former department. How's that for value leakage? Yup good ole CHK, guess you showed me eh'? To the people left behind, network, find new job, take your vacation to work two weeks at new job then stop by CHK for a day and give them no notice, that's my recommendation. I upped my standards , so up yours New CHK.
