I heard that Jean-Marc left Manulife to go to Sun Life for a new role there. His point was Manulife did not have any sense of direction or conviction to do anything. He is now responsible for enabling the business. Something Manulife is seriously lacking right now. People are afraid of their own shadows and won't even poop at work anymore for fear of their stench being overpowered by that of management. I poop at home now too.
