@ 2:50, yes the early employees of AKM and TLW benefitted from the recent high commodity prices but also from the skillful early price hedging. You conveniently forget about the drop to $10-11 oil in 98-99 and < $2 gas for months during this period. And for all but the very top the jets were for business only. Lack of budgets, perks, high salaries and stock options were decided by the top of the top, and had nothing to do with the original worker bees or those of us who came in with the first acquisitions. So for bulk blaming the early employees of CHK, yes you are wrong.
