@1:47 sounds to me like you're still drinking the loo laid. You don't possibly think that it's still twice a year bonuses and stock options and raises and promotions once they "cut the fluff" it's likely twice as much work for the same or lower pay and zero if any fringe benefits of you're not in charge. But you have fun gloating. Tell us how that's going for you in six months.
