Group Insurance is now being run by GRS. They don't have a clue what to do. Amateur hour, truly disappointing. They're in way over their heads. Service level to brokers and clients is the worst I've ever seen. 2014 will be a disaster for Group Insurance sales. Gulloin will pay a heavy price for focusing too much on Asia and not tending to his own back yard. Four billion in earnings by 2015 is a pipe dream. Brokers are fed up with the antiquated Manuconnect system, the worst in the industry.
