Just like many companies in the sector Allied is going thru tough times - the prices will continue to go down and there will be a pressure on margins which will require cost cutting. Once you are on the cost cutting front, you go after your biggest expense - labor. The less labor employed the less payroll, and more people will be let go. Allied Nevada Gold is just one example of what pricing pressures can do to a company, many of our competitors went thru this months ago, some of them even before that. Now, most of our folks are very good skills wise and will easily find something, the issue is that people have to move to find job and that's always hard for every family. I wanted to see if someone can post severance information - if you have it available, I'd be curious to see what I can expect if I get hit as the company reorganized.
