At least things at MK worked. We can't go a week without some kind of server going down at RJ. Most of the time it is the same ones over and over.

As far as "Joey Bozo" is concerned, at least his people seem to actually care about their customers more than padding their numbers. I expect that most of those comments are coming from people that are feeling threatened because there is no reason to have an "Adobe Expert" when that should be getting handled from the support center. Most of the "Level 2" teams are a joke and if quality people were hired to begin with, you wouldn't need 70 people to do the job of 20.
