There is oe truth about CHK and that is that they have historically underpaid employee and gave great benefits. The benefits are fading and the pay isn't rising right now. Those managers with 10 years experience will jump as soon as they have enough management experience to be attractive somewhere else and ther jobs will open. I am shocked so many in land have stayed so long when you see landmen making 30-40% more elsewhere. At some point we may all be in Houston.
