No use talking to Tom. He's too busy having fun in his little ecm world. He let paul have the company so he could strip it bare and sell it. Not much more than that. Go to work, do your 8 hours, leave and forget it. Take the money as long as you can..as little and shitty as it is. In the meantime look for other work and waltz out after the first Friday in December. good luck!
