The current setup shows what disdain RJ management has for its St. Pete worker bees. You've got Carillon people working 6/7 days a week literally getting physically ill from work overload, while their counterparts in Memphis are taking 2 week vacations. God only knows what the Memphis folks are typing in their Performance Manager, but it sure as heck isn't real work. What is the point in keeping Memphis anyway? Southfield and Denver work well enough as BCP sites. Maybe I should see if I can transferred to Memphis and get paid to F around all day.
