Problem is ...Senior management are the people making the decisions and they are not going to call out their own. They always think it is the lower level people they need to let go...but what about the Senior level people that are not doing their job. Board of directors need to remove people that are making those decisions. The problem is the Board will may not act until stock price falls...until it is too late.
