Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

I feel like its obvious they are going to significantly cut or get rid of certain groups, but this 40% of the company overall seems just crazyness. There has already been attrition and surely they will factor in further attrition after the lifestyle change is fully realized. Bigger cuts in LAND where we are running very few rigs, but in the better plays we still need to grow and produce from those assets. My 2cents....
