MK’s IT was 150 people. RJ’s IT was 900 people. MK’s IT was small yet efficient. RJ was not 6 times larger than MK. Yet they had 6 times the IT staff. The difference is MK’s IT staff was skilled and proficient, and RJ was bloated and underpaid for unskilled labor with only a one or two skilled people per a team. Also most of MK’s IT staff is gone. Just come and look at how empty the IT floors are, it is pretty much a ghost town. More people are leaving every day the problem is with RJ middle management and up.
