Just wanted to throw this out there. Black & Veatch company stock has risen 9% over the second quarter of '13. This beats the S&P Energy, Telecom, and Water indices COMBINED by THREE TIMES! They are getting stock performance by lay-offs, NOT by market share or revenue increase.
