Thread regarding Black & Veatch layoffs

While I am glad to see that Black and Veatch has a cheerleader who comes here to stick up for them, the truth is, most of the people who were laid off were great long term employees. Most were not performance based. None of those laid were assisted to find positions in other parts of the company. That is sad! I hope the culture of the company changes so that they begin to see the wisdom of keeping older long term employees as they can train the younger generation in the way things should be done.
