Thread regarding DST Systems Inc. layoffs

DST has always been cheap and not paid employees what they are worth on the market (like client service reps). Plus executives are Republicans. So what do you expect - layoffs, small raises, no path to career advancement. Bill Gates would be at 60K if he started out here from college and stayed his whole career. You have to be "blind" to get a break here and rise to the top - IN MY OPINION!
