They just cut 800+ employees from their online adjunct pool, including their entire teaching assistant staff, along with much of their Writing Services staff. Enrollment is way down, plus accreditation issues are causing a major restructuring.

Were people notified via email if they were let go? I am an adjunct and have a class this term and have not heard anything about this yet.
Word? What's happening now with their accreditation? If they just cut that many employees from their adjunct pool it sounds like they are pretty screwed.
