to the person who said they liked MEC. for a while, I thought I did too. i think discipline is good, but there's a way to treat people when you're a high level professional. when i saw how she went about doing things and how she treated people, i started losing faith in her as a manager until it got to a point that it crossed the line from being effective to being flat out manipulative and backhanded. the only alternative is to call it "crazy". the stuff she said and did was just...whoa. never saw it before. you can't and shouldn't have to lead by fear. if you are a true leader, people will follow you without the need of threats and mongering. *
