Thread regarding Raymond James Financial Inc. layoffs

Pelham, it is one thing to bring discipline, its another to bring abuse. Her tactics were completely inappropriate in a place of business. I wouldn't talk to my dog the way I heard her talk to her staff. You treat people like dirt you get what you deserve. I have worked for many managers outside of RJ that have held their employees to high standards and have not berated them, yelled at them, insulted them. If that is what you like, just find out where she is working next and I am sure she will hire you!
