I am replying to some old comments here. Most of the people who were let go in April were the underachievers. There were a few that butted heards with MEC which I don't agree to. However the rest had to of seen it coming for years. Upper management did let us know there would be reductions after the MK conversion. Yeah it sucked to see friends and long time employees escorted out but I wasn't surprised when I heard the full list. Btw everyone on here complaining there were no VPs or higher included in the layoffs is correct. D Carlson was let go after serving 20+ years at RJ. Problem is he fell off the radar of productivity at least a year prior to being let go.
