If DST Systems Inc is sold, then the east coast buyer will layoff hundreds, maybe thousands of DST employees. Output Technologies will be spun off / sold to someone like Hart Hanks who is not a financial records keeper. Maybe even a European buyer will to part it all out. In 4 years - no "DST" will exist as we know it. Find new jobs soon. A financial crash is on the way when a treasury auction fails.
