Thread regarding Verathon layoffs

I will be interviewing for a Private Practice position - it's not 100% yet but I believe this might happen soon. Anything I should know about this company going into the interview (I did study the material posted on the site)... Seems like a fairly solid company company to work for. Any insight is very much appreciated - or, any detail about Verathon will be very useful to me...
