In order to better align our infrastructure teams with our mission, the following organizational changes are effective immediately:
• Production Control will become Production Services. Production Services will place a renewed emphasis on stability with Robert Lambdon leading a dedicated Stability program. In support of this objective, we will bring together Incident Management, Problem Management and the Change Management Office under Chris Mandelka reporting to MaryShannon Buchanan. MaryShannon will report to David Schirm.
