Should I keep going with the BA EE doc? It's not as damaging but there are reductions there as well to be sent overseas. It shows a 5% reduction in Canadian jobs to be sent to Manilla.
Severance packages depend on what level you are. AVPs got 4 to 4.5 weeks for every year served. Directors will get 3.5, etc. So they're staying above the acceptable standard set by HR law and just enough to have the poor layed off bloke not bother fighting the huge corp giant in court.
