Their hiring selection criteria certainly isn't based on qualifications. Age discrimination, nepotism, cronyism, affirmative action - it's probably one of those that takes priority. But it's not job qualifications. DST Output HR and management are just evil, bad people. Or maybe they're just stupid. I'm not sure which.
