Thread regarding Manulife Financial Corp. layoffs

Union....my god get a life! When was the last time manulife had any layoffs? This is business...is manulife responsible for sustained low global interest rates? This class war is nuts...want to become CEO vp or director then make it happen..wanted to be home and play with your kids great. One is no better or important than the other...choice! This business layoffs and downsizing happen. Look where apple was look where RIM is why should manulife be any diifferent? Youbdontz like the company then stop spending time at picnics with your family and look for another job or start your own company. Unions are not the solution we don't work in a sweatshop. Yes this process sucks and yes some good people are being screwed over and yes some useless asskissers probably have been retained but that is life...nobody said life or business is fair!!!
