Thread regarding Manulife Financial Corp. layoffs

That last post doesn't make sense. Early posts have confirmed that senior leader cuts were made with the ass kissers and incompetents remaining. Surely that is how they got to their positions in the first place so it makes sense that the ass kissers remain - "you stroke my back, I'll stroke yours ....". But to declare that the next cuts, to be made primarily at the junior leadership or below level will only serve the ass kissers is folly. There are more people at these levels, and as a percentage the ass kissers will be a smaller percentage, so it only stands to reason that they will have to actually keep non-ass kissers and skilled people to get the work done.
