Thread regarding Kellogg Co. layoffs

Unka - You're probably so ignorant that you were unaware of what a good finance team looks like. We hired so many morons that the department could only fail. Our hiring process was a joke and we picked too many based on stupid things. There is a reason why they laid off so many and moved this company. It would have never happened if we could actually add some value. Almost all employees in the department did the bare minimum to get the job done, it was very well known at corporate how bad these employees were.
