@"Anonymous , Saturday 4/13/13 6:06 PM" - get off your high horse, stop preaching and provide some facts here. Kellogg finance folks are just like you, they like to preach and they think that they have all knowledge in the world. They feel superior and better when in fact they are not. They do not work more, they do not know more in general, they are not better accountants, finance experts or business folks. They do have an upper hand as they are the acquirer and have the power, they know how to run Kellogg but they know how to run the business they acquire - Kashi is one example, I am not with Kashi but I have been around long enough to know that every finance dpt that gets acquired is perceived in the same negative light as Kashi's is right now. Kellogg fires instead of fixes problems - so, now you have it and good luck.
