Thread regarding Raymond James Financial Inc. layoffs

I worked for RJ for 14 years, I was at a branch and still felt this crunch. I have never had a bad review until this past one that was delayed for months because they had to teach the new MK manager how to do them, along with other reasons. My manager gave me a raving review but the group I worked for did not. So, as of April Fool's day I was sent home. I still don't get it, I however will take this blessing and run with it. That company is not what it was when I began and I hurt for those that depended on the income and I pray that none of my closest IT friends were affected, but I'm glad I'm not there anymore...there is life outside RJ, and I'm glad I'm finding it!
