Didn't even make it a year there. Beware the lure of booking new work and thinking you might actually work on it- several folks I know did a bunch of pioneering and booked new clients, but ALWAYS just before the work hits, they are let go as I just was. It's a machine, it needs work. Yes, people are their biggest asset- to keep the stock price up at all costs.
